SAFARI ITINERARY FOR 3 DAYS 2 NIGHT

Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Tarangire National Park

In the morning we will pick you from your hotel in Moshi/Arusha to Tarangire, which is located just a few hours’ drive from Arusha city which is 120 km south of Arusha. Tarangire National park if famous for lots of bobab trees, big herds elephants of up to 300 scratch the dry river bed for underground streams and the Tarangire river after which the park is named which does not dry throughout the year which attract  migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland alots of birds species to crowd the shrinking lagoons.

Dinner and overnight at Haven nature campsite or Kudu Lodge

Day 2: Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Today you’ll rise early in the morning to descend the Ngorongoro Crater floor, the largest Caldera in the world. A sheer drop of 610 meters below the crater rim, has an area of about 300 square kilometers, with a diameter of 19 kilometers. The sight of the Ngorongoro Crater is simply stunning. “There is nothing with which to compare. It is one of the wonders of the world and listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site it also considered one of the most beautiful and unique places in Africa. Here you will find a haven of African wildlife and you might also be lucky enough to witness the endangered Rhino! Enjoy a game drive and lunch by the hippo pool.

After game drive proceed near to Lake Manyara National park at Haven nature or Kudu Lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 3: Lake Manyara National park to Arusha/ Moshi

After breakfast we drive down the cliffs of the rift valley  to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara claims a remarkable setting, famous for its tree-climbing lions and the soda-ash Lake. The park also provides perfect opportunities to Tanzania`s birdlife.

the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife which has one of the largest populations of water birds in Africa at over 400 species, including flamingos, pelicans and other migrant and resident birds.

After game drive in Lake Manyara National park, drive back to Arusha or Moshi
